G3SOFT INC will proceed to work only if an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. G3SOFT INC will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between G3SOFT INC and the client, this includes telephonic and email agreements.

Website Design

whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs work smoothly, G3SOFT INC cannot accept liability for any fatalities incurred due to break down, the website or any part of it.

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of G3SOFT INC. until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

All services provided by G3SOFT INC. are valid for One Year only unless otherwise stated.

Any scripts, web applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by G3SOFT INC. remain the copyright of G3SOFT INC. and can not commercially reproduced or resold.

G3SOFT INC. disclaims the responsibility for any copyright violation caused by text , images, videos or any material provided by client.

Website Optimization

Due to outside factors, such as change in search engines algorithm, we cannot offer any guarantees regarding the position we will achieve for websites. The process of optimizing websites itself will bring in more traffic and hits and you’ll see visits increase to your site naturally. We cannot accept responsibility for any change in rankings, or drop off in the position of your website due to changes in the algorithms of the search engines or the factors that they use to rank websites.

Please note we use only white hat methods to optimize clients website any request for applying black hat method or the method those are against search engine guideline will not be accepted.

Payment of Accounts

G3SOFT INC. require payment of a 50% deposit prior to commencement from new client before any work begins. Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are gratified to pay the outstanding amount. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them.

If client fail to clear all outstanding amounts G3SOFT INC may suspend, deny access or remove data from live or development environment. we will then pass such cases to judicial.
